Refund Policy

1. The software is free
Sahel is free to use. There is no subscription, no automated billing, and we never store your card — using the app costs nothing.
2. Paid setup & services
- If you ask us to set up your store, train your team, or unlock advanced features, those services are arranged with you directly.
- The price and any refund terms for paid services are agreed with you before you pay.
- There are no recurring charges and nothing to cancel.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at rashed@getsahel.com with:
- Your account email address.
- The reason for the refund request.
- Your payment receipt or transaction reference.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
4. Service Disruptions
If the Service experiences significant downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) due to our fault, affected users may be eligible for prorated credits or refunds at our discretion.
5. Data After Cancellation
After cancellation or refund, your data will be preserved for 30 days. During this period you can export everything. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted.
